Marino Tactical Training, Inc. provides certified training required to obtain a Delaware Handgun Purchaser Permit (Permit-to-Purchase). Our course is designed for Delaware residents and also covers CCDW permit training.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you already have a valid Delaware CCDW permit, you are exempt from the Permit-to-Purchase requirement.
Applications are submitted to the Prothonotary's Office in your county. You will also need notarized references and to publish notice in a local newspaper.
